Within HAZCO’s Health & Safety program there are several processes that have been established to ensure effective Health & Safety consultation, employee involvement and two-way communications among staff regarding Health & Safety issues. These processes include:

• Daily tailgate meetings
• Regular Safety Meetings
• Safety Alerts / Incident Summary Circulation
• Site Kick-Off / Safety Meetings
• Health & Safety Audits

HAZCO has seen an increase in Health & Safety awareness through the consistent delivery of the above mentioned processes. Centralization of Health & Safety information through the corporate HAZCO office enables information to be distributed to all HAZCO locations in a relevant and timely manner. This results in HAZCO staff having the most current and relevant Health & Safety information for dissemination to their employees through the above mentioned processes.
