HAZCO has extensive experience in the stabilization of organic and inorganic matter in soils and sludge. In an effort to meet the demands of clients, HAZCO has experimented and researched a variety of reagents to stabilize soils and sludge in a cost effective manner. Reagents and the stabilization process can be costly and as a result demonstration trials become an important preliminary step to determine the most suitable stabilization process and the optimal reagent concentrations to ensure effective, long term stabilization. HAZCO’s experience includes the stabilization of metal slag, sludge and heavy metals contaminated soils.
